Frequently asked questions
Why is there only one plan?
So the price is easy to predict. Every site gets everything, and there are no tiers to outgrow and no features held back for a bigger plan.
How long is the free trial?
14 days, with every feature available.
When am I charged?
Your 14-day trial comes first. When it ends you are billed monthly, $2 for each site you have connected.
What happens if I add or remove sites?
Your bill follows the number of connected sites. Add or remove sites whenever you like.
Do you charge for team members?
No. Invite your whole team at no extra cost.
Does it work with my host?
Yes. WP Duet connects through a small plugin, so it works the same on shared hosting, a VPS or a managed host.
What about backups?
Daily backups are being rebuilt and aren't available yet. They will be included in the same price when they return, with no add-on.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What kind of support do I get?
Email support from the people who build WP Duet.
Which site will you look after first?
